Rule 65
Operation of priority schemes
(1) If there is any loss or damage to local people or communities during the operation of a national priority plan within a forest area, the related plan operator shall bear the amount of compensation.
(2) All the costs of cutting, cutting and transporting the forest produce of the forest area used by the approved plan shall be borne by the plan operator.
